Pioneer Gensets Company in Bangladesh
The history of Diesel Power began in 1974, when our belated founder & ex-chairman started career as a certified first Bangladeshi Cummins engineer in the multinational company named, "Blackwood Hodge Ltd. (Bangladesh)". After closing down the company Blackwood Hodge Ltd. in 1989, then Diesel Power was established in 1990.
The former Chairman & Founder of Diesel Power Services Limited, Late Mr. Tayeb Ahmed Khan Naseem had 43 years of experience in Cummins engine powered generating sets. He was a certified Cummins Service Engineer and has acquired various training from Cummins Asia regional office at Singapore. He was the pioneer in introducing and installing Cummins engine powered generating sets in Bangladesh. Now Cummins is a very popular brand in Bangladesh.
1990 - Diesel Power registered to provide sales & services for Cummins Gensets
1995 - Diesel Power was authorized distributor of Westec Power, UK
1998 - Diesel Power was selected first Cummins ONAN local dealer in Bangladesh
1999 - Diesel Power was selected to promote Jakson Limited, India
-Diesel Power first installed Cummins Gas Generator in Bangladesh
2000 - Diesel Power celebrated their 10 years of anniversary
2006 - Diesel Power installed first China Cummins OEM's Gensets in Bangladesh
At present, Diesel Power has completed sales & services coverage in 80% area in Bangladesh. They have their own warehouse & showroom to maintain stocks regularly.

The Oldest Cummins Gensets Dealers in Bangladesh
Diesel Power's founder Mr. T. A. K Naseem participated in the regular Cummins Service and Part's Conference during 1974-1989.
He installed the KT50M engine in Bangladesh as the first Asian Cummins certified engineer.
